Market Update:
Buford Georgia sales were up since the beginning of the year although still taking approximately 4 to 6 months to sell from listing date. Closings for the month of October were 59 and 8 contingent with 79 still left in pending status up from last month at 43. Foreclosures are still on the rise in this area but are being sold quickly due mostly to the influence of the area. I believe there will be a lot of changes for the month of November due to the Federal bail out, credit crisis and the Presidential election
